The bright colors make the image seem happy and cheerful and brings out the hidden designs in the background. Light is aimed towards the center of the picture witch guides the viewers eye towards the pandas. The the lines that surround the panda and spread out in each direction also add to this effect. I enjoy how the white in this picture is somewhat dull so as not to outshine the other colors in the image. This is a very cute and creative image. A great piece of art.
